+ Running Form Workshop

Join us from 6:00pm to 7:30pm for an informative Running Form Workshop designed to enhance your running experience! This workshop will feature a running gait analysis, and an open discussion on injury prevention, education on running form, and a Q&A session addressing common running injuries.

Participants will undergo a gait analysis to assess their running mechanics, helping to determine the most suitable shoe types for their individual needs. The group will be divided into two sessions: one focusing on the running gait analysis, while the other engages in an open discussion about injury prevention and running form.

+ Strength Training Workshop

Join us from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for a workshop combining cardio and strength training! This workshop focuses on building strength and endurance through a dynamic sequence of exercises, including squats, walking lunges, jumping jacks, and lateral walks, followed by a sprint or run. These exercises are repeated 3-4 times to challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate, helping to improve both strength and cardiovascular fitness.

+ Joint Care and Adaptive Bodywork Workshop

Join us from 6:00pm to 7:30pm for a running workshop focused on joint care and adaptive bodywork! Designed for runners of all levels, this session will teach you how to protect your joints and enhance performance through essential techniques like stretching, strengthening exercises, and self-myofascial release.

Our expert instructor will guide you through adaptive bodywork practices that promote flexibility and balance. Engage in hands-on activities and receive personalized guidance to incorporate these strategies into your training. Don’t miss this chance to improve your running longevity and overall wellness!

+ Running Interval Training Workshop

Join us from 6:00pm to 7:30pm  for an invigorating Running Interval Training Workshop designed to boost your speed and endurance! This session is ideal for all levels, from beginners to experienced runners.

Our expert coaches will guide you through various interval workouts, focusing on techniques, pacing strategies, and recovery methods. Experience high-intensity bursts followed by active recovery, all aimed at improving your performance.

+ Kinstretch Workshop

Join us from 6:00pm to 7:30pm for our Kinstretch workshop to enhance your movement capacity by combining bodyweight strength training with flexibility and mobility techniques. These sessions will focus on increasing joint range of motion and muscle activation.

Participants will engage in exercises that build strength while improving overall flexibility and body awareness.
