This agreement acknowledges that participation in The Runners involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, falls, and other unforeseen incidents. By signing this agreement, participants recognize and assume all risks associated with their involvement in the activities.

Participants agree to hold harmless The Runner’s organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages sustained during participation. It is advised that participants consult with a physician before engaging in any physical activity.

By participating in our events, you acknowledge that your image may be captured through photographs or video. You consent to the use of your image on our website and social media accounts for promotional and informational purposes. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please inform us in writing prior to the event. Your participation in the event implies your acceptance.
