Strength Training Workshop

Description:
Join us for a workshop combining cardio and strength training! This workshop focuses on building strength and endurance through a dynamic sequence of exercises, including squats, walking lunges, jumping jacks, and lateral walks, followed by a sprint or run. These exercises are repeated 3-4 times to challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate, helping to improve both strength and cardiovascular fitness.
