 roup run in Kahnawake! Our weekly meet-up begins with a dynamic warm-up to 
 prepare your body for the run ahead. After warming up\, we embark on a refr
 eshing five-minute walk to ease into the session. Once we’re all set\, we
  hit the streets together\, enjoying the camaraderie and motivation of runn
 ing as a group. At the end of each run\, we gather for a cool down and a gr
 oup picture to capture the spirit of our community. Whether you’re a seas
 oned runner or just starting out\, everyone is welcome to join us for a fun
  and friendly running experience!
